Mr. [redacted] brought his Jeep to P & M Wrecker complaining the Jeep was not running right, and wanted to know if the carburetor could be adjusted, but after the inspection of the carburetor it...

needed to be rebuilt. He was given an ESTIMATE for the cost of the repairs. The difference in the total price and the estimated price have several factors to consider, cost of labor, cost of parts ect. P & M tried to work with Mr. [redacted] on the price but when Mr. [redacted] became very abusive with vulgar language with the owner, using the F[redacted] you words several times. At that point the Owner of P & M told Mr. [redacted] that he did not have to lower the price, and raised it back to the original price of $396.97.
During the whole process of complaining and verbally abusing the Owner of P & M, Mr. [redacted] has not had any complaints about how is Jeep is running. The repairs where done correctly and in a timely matter, and at a fair price.
