We apologize for this inconvenienceUpon review of the
faxes and files the 1st product was paid for and not eligible for
return because it is past due our return policy of daysHowever given the
nature of the situation we are willingly to still refund you for the first

Before any
products are sent out to doctors for trial, we call the dental establishment
prior to ask for permission to send such products and explain that it is free
to try and if they do not like it they can send it back with no charge to them.

have tried multiple times to retrieve the product under your request, to which
we cover shipping and postage, but the product was never sent back. As a result
we have resolved the issue with this establishment and agreed to no longer
contact the doctor with anymore trials.

I am rejecting this response because:This company exhibits a continual pattern of mailing unsolicited products and then sending an invoice for those products in hopes that a certain percentage of those invoices get paid by accident.  This is a scam and is illegal and in clear violation of United States law.  The fact that the products were 'signed for' or that they can be returned does not materially change the fact that they are scamming dental offices nationwide. Shame on the Revdex.com for allowing these people to continue operations with their apparent endorsement..

we contacted the office manager about sending the doctor the product on August 15, 2016, which the manager agreed. The packing slip inside package has information about using the product and a phone number to contact us about any questions. We do offer returns at...

not cost to the doctor, however they need to contact us. In addition the doctor made the claim that this is not the first time we have sent them product, however in our database this is the first time we sent them product with their consent. During the conversation, the doctor made racist comments that were completely off base such as, "You are Indian or Pakistani...go back to your county, you are scamming people here in America." After the doctor made those comments we told the doctor that even though he threw away the product we would not charge him and we will gladly take it as a company loss. The doctor asked to never be contacted again and we agreed fully without any resistance because we did not want to further any more racist comments or problems. Thank you.

Before the product was sent to the office a sales representative called prior asking for permission for the product to be sent over and tried without any cost to the doctor as long as they return it. The doctor is free to try the product as much as he likes and if he is not satisfied we provide free...

pick up label to send the leftover product back, we even provide shipping and postage. This information is also included in the packing slip of the product to avoid any miscommunication. The doctor will only be billed if he decides to keep the product. As of right now the product has not reached our facilities yet, however we are patiently waiting for it to arrive. Once it arrives all charges will be nullified and cleared.

This complaint is invalid because we have already resolved this issue. We have confirmation from FedEx , tracking # 997055850245238 that the product was pick-up from there dental office ( Feb. 21,2018 at 11:00 AM). The doctor called on Feb. 20,2018 and we had missed their call. We called back and...

[redacted]  (dentist) answer and we came to agreement that we will pay for the postage and freight ( SOP  , written in the return  policy of Dentta Co Inc).   An any used up product will be taken as company loss at no cost to the dental office. Thank you Dentta Co Inc
