Before any products are sent out to doctors for trial, we call the dental establishment prior to ask for permission to send such products and explain that it is free to try and if they do not like it they can send it back with no charge to them In addition, we include that information with the packing slip just in caseWe have tried multiple times to retrieve the product under your request, to which we cover shipping and postage, but the product was never sent backAs a result we have resolved the issue with this establishment and agreed to no longer contact the doctor with anymore trials

Assuming I will not be charged even for some of the used productRevdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12185333, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Before the product was sent to the office a sales representative called prior asking for permission for the product to be sent over and tried without any cost to the doctor as long as they return itThe doctor is free to try the product as much as he likes and if he is not satisfied we provide free pick up label to send the leftover product back, we even provide shipping and postageThis information is also included in the packing slip of the product to avoid any miscommunicationThe doctor will only be billed if he decides to keep the productAs of right now the product has not reached our facilities yet, however we are patiently waiting for it to arriveOnce it arrives all charges will be nullified and cleared

In response to complaint # [redacted] , we contacted the office manager about sending the doctor the product on August 15, 2016, which the manager agreedThe packing slip inside package has information about using the product and a phone number to contact us about any questionsWe do offer returns at not cost to the doctor, however they need to contact usIn addition the doctor made the claim that this is not the first time we have sent them product, however in our database this is the first time we sent them product with their consentDuring the conversation, the doctor made racist comments that were completely off base such as, "You are Indian or Pakistani...go back to your county, you are scamming people here in America." After the doctor made those comments we told the doctor that even though he threw away the product we would not charge him and we will gladly take it as a company lossThe doctor asked to never be contacted again and we agreed fully without any resistance because we did not want to further any more racist comments or problemsThank you
