I am rejecting this response because: I have made every good faith effort to wear the bottom partial dentures. EVERY good faithI have followed everything she has told me to do - yet the bottom partials do not fit, they dig into my mouth and cause open sores. They are not an acceptable productI am happy to put thenm back in as she has instructed me to do, take pictures of my bloody gums and submit it as evidence. This is not tarnishing anyone's good name - it is a fact, that is what the dentures do to my gums. All emotions aside, I have not been happy with the way I was treated - I can put that aside and being reasonable - agree to disagree. That does not take away the fact that the bottom dentures that she made for me do not fitThese dentures never fit, either top or bottom. I have complained to her so many times, and all of the aftercare she has done was adjustments to a prodcut that she made that did not fit me. This is part of making the original dentures. I find it strange that a "professional" would even write the response that she wrote. Her response is based on emotion, and is not factual. She is accusing a customer and is absolutely unprofessional with her statements. Health care professionals are held to a higher standard of communication - of which she is not adhereing toThis is just a reflection of how I have been treated in her office. I have NEVER heard a doctor of any medicine converse in such a manner. What happened to the Hippocratic Oath, I would assume Denturists have a modified form of this standard. She is also aware that I have a horrible fear of Dentists or Dentiurists and have to take sedatives in order to go to any type of a dentist (deturist included). I have to go to the doctor first - then go to her office. It is not that easy to coordinate this with work, logistics, being a single mom etc. I explained this thoroughly to her on many occassions - and made no excuses for my fears. She is aware that I have to have sedatives - how can she remember that the teeth extractions that (were done by another dentist) went horribly wrong and damaged my other teeth, but she can't remember or recognize that I have to take sedatives to visit her office? Furthermore, I can understand the pain of partial dentures, I can also understand the pain and process of getting accustomed to wearing this type of denture. I totally get that - I did that with the top dentures, which are completely crooked and unacceptable too, but I AM wearing them and am not asking for a full refund on those. I use the top dentures, but I was never able to get the permanent pair. I only received the temporary pair - and I fully accept that I have used these top dentures and am still using them. I never asked for anything with these - I am sure my health insurance can handle this. This situation is just like any other product - if she guarantees her products, then this product should be returned for a full refund. She can deal with insurance for the top partial dentures. This has nothing to do with this claim.THIS CLAIM WOULD NOT TARNISH HER REPUTATION IF SHE WERE TO ACT UP TO THE PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS THAT HER BUSINESS REQUIRE. In good faith I have asked her to accept the product back and give a reufndThis is not unreasonable - and surely does not give her the free rein to attack me personally. I can not wear these dentures, and I choose not do do any further business with her because of the past experience I have had in her office, with her employees and with her business practices. Having a fear of the dentis is a big factor in this decison, and what gives her the right to make fun of me for my fears (her response)I underestand this is my right as a consumer. It is like any other product - would you accept clothing made to your specifictions if it did not fit you?

wearing itWe have made a plan to help her adapt to it and she states to us in the office that she will wear it so we can help her with h the process of developing function but then she doesn't return.We call her and try to establish a mode of care, and she says one thing while we are talking to her about helping her, but then she doesn't follow throughWhen I first did her exam she was complaining about her primary dentist and saying that she wanted to sue them for causing her pain and I had to reassure her that having an extraction is an uncomfortable feeling emotionally as well as physically but that her tissue is healing well and she insisted the Dr did something wrongIf I hadn't worked with that Dr many times I would have thought they were abusing patients by the way she made it sound, but I happen to work with that office frequently and I now know she may be over sensitive and not being completely accurate.It's easy to see how a patient can do this because dental work isn't very enjoyable so I try to comfort and reassure patients, and so have reassured *** many times but she always resorts to this kind of pattern. I tried to call her twice just now and she didn't answerI left a message.I have done more than my due diligence with her and I never charge her for aftercare because she cries when she feels stressed. I have tried to help her and I find it astonishing that she is trying to tarnish my good standing with the Revdex.comI don't know how to help this patient at this point and she just gets to destroy all the years of hard work I did for a good reputation with one complaint? That is unfairCompletely.Who will defend me against patients that won't be rational?Is there anyone who makes sure unfounded complaints don't actually diminish my reputation?I would appreciate your help with this

This is days after the refund was agreed upon.Although the claim should be closed today, the behavior of this business is unprofessional and borderline unethical.? ?
