Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:8/7/passed and the reason why I decline it is because they did a very poor job and should have never taken the case because it is very difficult and complex case The result was very poorly done and I have no support in my mouth Furthermore, I could not give a reason why I decline Not the question if I was happy with them it is the question of the quality of work that was performed and that quality was very poorly done If it could have been done because of the complexity of my dental case Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I started going to Frank for my taxes in I was going to a different tax processor who messed up my taxes and didn't know how to fix them and wouldn't even try to helpHe just told me to call the IRSI was so upset That's when my parents and I decided to find someone else to do our taxesWe found Frank and decided to give him a tryFrank immediately identified what the other tax processor had done wrong and helped me correct the issueThen, the next year I received another notice from the IRS about something else that had been done wrong by the previous tax processor Again, Frank quickly identified what was wrong and helped me correct it Frank is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to tax processing and researches new tax laws each year to ensure he does his clients' taxes correctly He always asks me about tax deductions that I may not think of to make sure I get the best refund possible I moved from Florida to Texas and still had Frank doing my taxes It's a relief to have someone you trust doing your taxes

This is a follow up to my previous review posted on 1/16/After reading my previous review the leadership team at Dentures & Dental Services contacted me and offered to make this right and address my issueI was provided a new set of dentures that function, fit good and look greatThe team at Dentures & Dental Services made sure I was satisfied and restored my confidence in their in house lab and staffI will be returning to Dentures & Dental Services as a customer because of how they stepped up and resolved my issuesThe folks at Dentures & Dental Services will take good care of you too

Frank at Tax Form Processsing is the bomb! He is very professional and astute guy who always work hard to get you the most bang for your buckNo one has ever treated me with more professionalism and courtesy than himI would recommend him fully!!!

Horrible! I have had to go back times to get my dentures adjusted within the last days and each time they messed up on my $dentures which just needed an adjustment and sent me home today stating they either need to be off center ( front teeth off to the side) or the gums needed to be extra large! They look very unnatural and tomorrow I have an appt with a different denistry to pay even more money to fix what they messed up!! I would not recommend a dog go here much less a person!! Very bad experience!

social media comments. They "wrote off" procedures that were over the allowable insurance charges and it ONLY took them ten months to respond for my initial request. Thank you for all your hard work.

Re: [redacted]   We have completed the work outlined in the treatment plan for [redacted] and have been compensated for our work by the Department of Assistance and Rehabilitative Services of [redacted].  Since the completion of the work for [redacted] she has made it well known that she...

doesn't like the Dentures / Partial we made for her.   As a result of her not being happy with the work we did for her I have spoken with the DARS staff and have asked that [redacted] return her Dentures to us and we will return the funds paid for the Dentures.  The DARS staff has asked for the time being to not return the funds for the Dentures and they were going to work to find another Dental facility to assume [redacted]'s case.   Once we receive the direction from DARS to return the funds for the Dentures we will do so assuming we receive the Dentures back from [redacted].   Please let me know if you need any additional information.   Also, I have copied [redacted] with DARS so she is aware of [redacted]'s complaint with the Revdex.com.   Regards,   [redacted]

Frank is the tax guru! The staff is always friendly and professional every time I get my taxes done. I would recommend their services to my family and friends.
