I have refunded the patient and this is resolved

Pateint got new upper denture old upper denture was years old He also had having lower teeth extracted and and an immediate denture Patient was told he would get softliners will he healed up and we would remake the lower when he was all healed up Remake the lower
not you get a brand new lower denture Patient refused to have lower denture remade Miss communication and patient wont listen to reasoning He has been wearing the upper and lower dentures together he has already established the bit making a brand new one would change that Still willing to remake the lower denture so if fits betterI tried explaining that to him Thank You Tony

her treatment without a HIPAA authorization
Somehow labelling this case as "unanswered" when the law clearly does not allow us to provide you with any information, does not seem like a fair representation to the public and will be legally challenged by our office
I will wait to see an response from you before we file an Injunction stopping you from posting inaccurate or misleading information

Thank you again for your patronage - we value you as a patient and a customer, and always try, to the best of our ability, to resolve any and all issues to your satisfaction.  As explained in the warranty, your dentures are covered for any defect and any damage (aside from normal wear on the...

teeth over time), but none of our warranties cover LOSS of the dentures.  Unfortunately if a patient loses them, they will need to purchase a replacement set, as we are not liable for loss.   Thank you again for your business, and I look forward to helping you resolve your concerns.Best regards,[redacted]Clinic Manager
