Denver Airport Limo Service

I placed an order with Denver Airport Limo Service on October 1, I cancelled the order on the same day after reading the invoice and seeing additional charges that were added to the final invoice that were not disclosed by the representativeI have called numerous times for reimbursement, however, they continue to tell me that it should arrive in to business daysI contacted Denver Airport Limo Service again last evening after they said they would send a paper check to my mailing addressAs of last evening, October 30th, the check has not been issued

To whom it may concern,We did research from our end for this mistake and error from our system, we have processed the full refund back on to the customer's account...

and also sent the customer a copy of the refund reciept. We also apologized to the  customer regarding this mistake and communication gap in our team.
