Called, scheduled and had GE appliance repair employee, ***, from Denver Appliance Pros come to house to repair GE appliances *** had part for, and repaired, ice maker on GE freezer, repaired door handle on GE oven and ordered part for GE gas cook top *** had me pay, in full, for everything using check, made out to Denver Appliance *** said he needed prepayment for cook top part to secure order ($349) *** said part was back ordered for weeks *** left me his cell # and said he would call to schedule the installation when the part came in The Denver Appliance check was cashed days later I never heard back from *** Four weeks later, *** and I texted back and forth times over the course of a week *** said he was sick and out of town and had to reorder the part and would get it in another weekWhen I didn't hear back form ***, I called the # on the Denver Appliance receipt and a women said *** was no longer there She said the owner, ***, would colle

I contacted this business in October to repair me grillThey came out the next week & charged me nearly $fot an automatic grill which I STIIL have to light a match to They told me that what I paid would be used to reduce the cost of my final repair bill which would be about $to replace the two burners They told me it would take about the day for the part to vome in The first or times I called, they said they would check witj the manufacturer on the status of the part By late November, they promised to get the part & give me an additionsl 20% & then 30% off my final bill I have called them EVERY week since the 1st week in DecemberIf I reach anyone, they tell me that ***, the manager
