We have been out of our basement for months due to them promising to show up and never showing, we have a ton of damage to our walls and baseboards, nothing was taped off so our basement is covered in concrete powder, *** left a bag of concrete powder in our basement, he messed up our floors twice and tried to fix it but left half of it bare and unfinished, he stopped responding to our messages after promising to come by and fix it, we offered to split the additional costs for the room and he agreed and now that I contacted *** the other owner she advised us that they will not be paying for it
