I did look in to the ***'s concernsFirst, our relationship with [redacted] is not a subcontractor of ours He had a separate contract with the ***'s and was paid directly by them We did supply a liner at no charge last fall, it was installed at no charge also Grass growing thru liner is not usually covered under any warranty The cost of water is per thousand, 18' pool has less than 8,gallons, so water cost was around $ [redacted] has set a meeting with the ***'s on Sunday 7-to resolve the wall panel issue Ace Swim did supply the ***'s with a new wall panel at no charge'

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
***, My chimney repair company has generously donated a new straight connector and new top cap as their part in resolving this issueIf your previous Revdex.com offer of a $cash payment in exchange for the parts still stands, I would contact the Revdex.com to change the claim status to resolved to customers satisfactionI can bring the new parts to the *** store to receive the cash settlement at that time

Stove was purchased in Septof 2012, it was installed by *** installations. We do not have a subcontractor relationship with anyone for install work, we do offer installers depending on location. Customer had a contract and paid *** directly, so Ace didn't receive any
money for the install in question. When we found out about install problems, we asked for photos. We rec'd a picture of the bottom connection to the stove, we didn't receive pics from the top of the chimney. The picture of the bottom collar clearly shows that the collar had moved upward off from stove, we asked about the cleaning that had been done. Customer stated that it had been cleaned times from the bottom with a rotating brush pushing upward, the chimney sweep never took off panel or looked at top of chimney to inspect after cleaning. The original install was inspected by the Town of ***. Customer was told that our only recourse would be to send out *** to make changes, customer refused. Customer hired the same chimney sweep used earlier without our consent. Chimney sweep added a elbow at bottom and a rain cap at top that does not meet the requirements by the stove manufacturer, so it is not in compliance with UL standards. Customer wanted Ace to pay for whole reinstall, again Ace never rec'd any of the original install money. As a good faith we offered customer a $store credit, he said he would accept $cash. We would do the cash settlement if customer can supply Ace with the parts that were removed from the original install (ssconnector , rain cap, and top plate

Mike Hin our service deptcalled him on 5-8,5-and twice 0n 5-22. He left messages on of the calls, and the 4th call it said it couldn't take anymore messages. Since then Mike talked to him on 5-23, and he gave us another phone numberSo we will be able to go ahead with
service
