It is very unfortunate but the basis of this complaint is all associatedwith a very serious automobile accident that our business had
nothingto do withThe end result of this accident is that after multiple repairattempts by her insurance company the vehicle has been deemed atotal Loss
The consumer has clearly stated that there were a variety of problemswith the repairs to this vehicle by the collision body shop repair facilityshe chose to repair her accident damage known as Special InterestAuto BodyEach of the repair visits associated with the accidentdamage were initiated and payed for by Special Interest Auto Body.ALL of the repair attempts we made after the accident were for issuesrelated to the accident or accident repair processesIn all cases ofvisits related to the accident, the repairs were requested and paid forby Special Interest Auto Body as part of the insurance claim repairprocess
The accident damage was obviously very significant and there weremany issues outside of our control that were either related tosubstantial accident damage or poor repairs by the body shop SIAB.The work was requested and paid for by SIAB, the vehicle has sincebeen totaled and the consumer *** *** has or *** reach asettlement with her insurance carrier
University Audi Lynnwood fully completed repairs per the request ofSIAB, payments for repairs were made by SIABDue to the fact thatthe vehicle has been deemed a total Loss no vehicle warranty or repairwarranties are still validBased on the vehicle being totaled by theinsurance company this Revdex.com consumer claim against our business isnot valid

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
The car was hit 9/28/15, repaired by auto body (incompletely) & on 11/14/the car was towed to University Audi Lynnwood. This was the first time the car was taken to them after the accident (please note I was a customer with my A4, then my A5, for over years), and Service Deptclearly indicated & stated on their invoice dated 11/23/that they had tested and no further water was leaking into car. Yet AFTER that date, water got in on the driver's side door & crackled/burned/shorted out the speaker, then massive amount of water got into car from a clogged sunroof drain in December. On January 28th, the exact same issue occurred as on 11/- water got into trunk after heavy rain & damaged the electrical components. Yet that issue was repaired by Univ Audi Lynnwood per invoice dated 11/23/- and it happened again near the end of January so the repairs were not done correctly (obviously)
While there is some truth to the business' response, it does not address why so many issues were encountered with water in vehicle AFTER they indicated they had fully tested and no water was leaking into vehicle on 11/23/15.Sincerely,*** ***
