I was supposed to receive $back for failing to meet the contract Seeing poor quality and workmanship and not delivering as expected Also, required some paperwork to extend warranty, but they failed to deliver After repeated attempts to contact them, the president, [redacted] fails to contact me

We have refunded the $to customer and an extended warranty has been emailed to the customer? We are working on setting up a time to meet to make sure customer is happy about the rest of project? An email has been sent to customer and this should be taken care of by the end of the work week (October 6th).? ***

Less than year ago I hired Denver concrete company to replace my driveway, front porch and a walkway from the front yard to the backThe contract I signed stated that any large cracks within a year will be repaired under warrantyWell I have a couple large cracks and they are getting worse everydayI have called Denver concrete company several times within the last couple weeks to have someone come out to see the problem areas and I get the same response "secretary tells me she will pass along the information to the sub contractor and he will call me when he can come look"This has been going on now for over weeks and I never get any calls backI even said that they can come when I am not at home to inspect the problems, so we can get this fixedStill no response from anybody I am very frustrated that I have spent over $6,to have the work performed and it feels like I am just being blown off and they don't want to stand behind there work or warranty

Customer has been contacted to remedy the problemWe are going on end of this week to come up with a solution. ***

I sent an email to Matt the customer last night that read:"I apologize I haven't been able to get down to your place to look at the cracks we spoke about on the phone We have had all of our jobs in the north metro the last few weeks and I have not been able to get down south for anything
I will come down on Thursday at 11:Am and take a look Not a big deal you cannot be there I need to assess the cracks and see what we can do.Nothing to worry about, you let us know you had a problem before your year warranty is up We will honor anything necessary Again, am sorry we have not been able to get to your place." We will get down there on Thursday and look what we can do to make the repairs. Thanks***

I contacted Denver Concrete Company to add a patio off of my sun room in the backyardMichael Hantge called me that day and set up an appointment for an estimateMichael was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process, listening to my ideas and my wife's ideas as wellI had an estimate complete with pictures and a guide of what to expect by the end of the dayDCC was on time at every part of this processJameson ran the crew and he was very helpful as wellI couldn't ask for a better experience with a construction crewThe patio looks beautifulThe yard was cleaned wellThey even helped my young daughters press their hand prints in on the smooth borderI would happily recommend DCC for any of your concrete needs

I was highly disappointed with the work Denver Concrete did for me a few months ago i.eremoval and replacement of a patioThe new patio looked good but the step down from the doorway to the patio looked pretty badMichael and his crew came back to do some minor repair work on it and he then asked me to wait a month for it to fully cureHe assured me they would do whatever was necessary to satisfy meWhen I again contacted him a month or two later, he simply sent me an email saying he felt it looked and there was nothing more he would doAlso, while they were doing the original work, without notifying me somebody went into my garage, pulled a plug out of an outlet (which happened to be the line cord for a freezer sitting by the outlet) so they could use the outlet and didn't bother to plug the freezer back in when finished for the dayThe result was a freezer full of food that totally thawed outThey did compensate me for the value I assigned to the lost food but gave me nothing extra for the time I spent cleaning up the mess and replacing the food This is not at all what I consider good or even adequate customer serviceI will not use them for any future concrete work I need done

A colored stamped concrete patio and front walkway were poured in late April at our homeDenver Concrete ran out of concrete on the front walkway and additional concrete was orderedThe second pour (next day) was not the same color as the first pour so the front sidewalk is two different and noticeable colorsAfter numerous communications, Denver Concrete attempted to fix the color issue the first week in SeptemberThe color is still not close to the first pourTo compound the issue, there has been no sealer appliedTo our knowledge, no one even came to look at the attempted fix

We originally hired Nick and Denver Concrete Coin June of to pour a concrete patio in our backyardThe home had one giant step when we bought it and at the suggestion of Nick's crew, we ended up adding a second step to reach down to the patioIn March of however the step that was added began to crack and pull away from the original stepWe were very satisfied with the fact that, although we were out of our year-long warranty, the company agreed to repair the workBecause they handled this so well we also hired them on to add a sidewalk from our front to back yardWhile those two things were being done someone on the crew informed me that the likely reason for the crack was that the original step and the new step really should be poured as one pieceHe said that if it happened again it would be his recommendation to blow both steps out and them as oneIt is now September of and the step has again cracked, this time far worseThere are chunks of concrete th
