[redacted] ,We spoke on the phone yesterday morning at length You were very helpful, thank you.Attached is the response we replied to our Google and Facebook page It's the basis for discussions with our Attorney regarding our options to recover approx $in added work not paid for by the customer The added work is in existence at the customer's home We are also looking at options to recover potential damages with regard to Company Defamation as the review is entirely false The customer copied/pasted the same review for sites we are aware of as well as exhibiting a pattern of similar reviews for other businesses I would deny a request to have any contact with the customer as I already tried working with her face to face at her home and we are receiving legal advice with an Attorney on retainer This is the 2nd business complaint I have ever received in years of business and we take it very seriously The only other complaint we received was in in Kansas City and was dismissed as as I am requesting this complaint dismissed as well.Please let me know if you need anything elseThank You for your time [redacted]
