Dear Stephanie, Labor Relations Contract Dispute: We have reviewed your letter of 4/21/and the attached message from *** *** dated 4/5/marked "MESSAGE FROM CONSUMER"
Significantly, *** *** is not and never has been a customer of Denver Leather LLC This matter cannot be characterized as a consumer disputeIt is improper to refer to Ms*** either as a consumer or a customer of Denver Leather LLC. Continuing with these references misrepresents this matter and precisely what it is aboutAt best this disagreement could be properly referred to as a labor relations matter in which Revdex.com has shown no certification, acumen or professional qualification to intervene. This matter has no relevance to Denver Leather’s customers and its ongoing business relations with the consuming public. Denver Leather LLC has a pristine business reputation and has swiftly resolved conflicts with its customers where those conflicts arose But first, please be advised that *** *** has been paid for all contracted services and has no remaining earned commissions at Denver Leather LLC Second, in response to a request by the Colorado Division of Unemployment, Denver Leather LLC has provided a detailed breakdown of dates, times and amounts of payments to *** *** for all contracted services performed and information regarding the details of her departure from Denver Leather LLC Finally, it appears *** *** has omitted to inform you that on or about February 27, 2016, she received a letter from Denver Leather LLC which detailed a final accounting and outlined the reasons for the termination of her contractWe included a copy of this letter with our response to the Colorado Division of Unemployment together with a USPS receipt showing that Ms*** in fact received this letter It is highly doubtful first that Ms*** would want some of this information published on the Revdex.com website and Denver Leather LLC can see no benefit that would arise to the consuming public by your intervention or efforts to resolve this matter We have discussed this matter with Certified Mediators and other persons qualified to mediate this type of disagreement and they have all stated that the mediation process occurs in a private environment not on a website in full view of the public We sincerely hope this has no impact on Denver Leather LLC and it’s pristine reputation with consumers and the consuming public. We believe that the Revdex.com is not the place or the forum to resolve or mediate labor relations matters and we believe your other customers will agree with this sentimentDated 4/26/ Sincerely, David Mazin, CEO and President Denver Leather LLC

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:After reading Denver Leather's response, I proceeded to discuss this matter with Stephanie at the Revdex.com and Mr. Mazin was incorrect. This matter is in all rights a Revdex.com matter to get resolved. Also, in response to Mr. Mazin's response that he has paid me all of my commissions was completely untrue. I am faxing Stephanie a letter from the unemployment office that states that I have NOT been paid as of today ANY of the commissions that I have earned at Denver Leather. It is now May 2,2016 and I was hired to work there on January 15,2016 and we are now going on approximately four months without receiving my commissions. When I left for Florida to take care of a sick relative, approved by Mr. Mazin, I was told when I got back I would be able to start back to work and that he would have work for me. He also told me when I left that he would mail me the first half of my commissions, but never did. When I arrived back, approximately two weeks later and called him, he said he was not going to pay me, didn't need me to work there anymore and hung the phone up on me. I'm not sure about the letter he is speaking about. If he sent a letter out, it must have gone to an address I don't live at anymore. He does not have my current address. It really doesn't matter what he has written in the letter or why he says I left or to why he does not want to pay me. The facts are, he owes me over 2100.00 dollars and some change and he is way overdue in paying me for the monies I've have earned to date. All invoices of receipts of monies earned have been sent to you and the contract between myself and Denver Leather has been sent to you as well. Everything is in black and white and again can be proven by the letter I will be sending to you from the unemployment office that NO commissions have been paid to me. Also, he will not be able to send you any checks written for commissions to me, accepted by the bank to prove that I have been paid. It looks like the unemployment office is trying to prove  that he is really an employer and once I take this matter gets sent to the Labor Board and they investigate, the unemployment office will prove that he is doing business incorrectly and will essentially cost him extra monies and inconvenience down the road. To avoid any hassles and additional monies owed and future problems that may a cure from this matter, as well as a bad rating at the Revdex.com, I am asking in this last response to Denver Leather, to adhere to sending my check with ALL commissions owed to me and this matter will show resolved with the Revdex.com and myself and we can all move on.I am authorizing that you send my full commission check to; [redacted] I do not live there, nor am I residing there, but I am now giving you permission to send it there as soon as possible.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
