It was great to catch up with you yesterday.
This order would not normally fall under our 125% guarantee as it was not accepted, but rejected.

often happens when customers buy tickets very close to the time of the event. It is also caused by the fact that a seller might list one set of tickets on multiple ticket sites and receive several buy orders at the same time.
We are making an exception in this case because we feel it is the right thing to do. We value Mr. [redacted] as a customer (this was his fifth purchase from us). That's why we are giving him both an extra credit and a voucher to make up for the cost and inconvenience of driving to pick up the tickets.
As you may already know, the amount charged to his credit card was refunded immediately ($290) upon rejection of the order. He will receive an additional $75 credit to the credit card within 2 days. It should have already shown up on his card.
In addition, Mr. [redacted] will be able to save $75 on his next ticket purchase with a special voucher. To activate this voucher, he must type in (code: [redacted]) at check out to receive this $75 off on his ticket purchase.
