I am rejecting this response because:My complaint did not question the price paid, just that I have never received anything. Normally when you pay for something you get something in return. I have not! I am requesting a full refund, since the Product was never delivered to me. It has now been over 8 months, please refund me the total amount. I feel this is fair and just the right thing to do. Not sure why you are being so rude and hard to deal with.
