DSM has apologized for the unfortunate experience Kelly encountered We negotiated a settlement amount and we have made payment As far as we understand, the problem has been resolved Thanks
We have responded to the customer directly via email the same dayWe apologized and have offered a full refund of the moveWe have taken action internally with our company to protect the reputation we have
We quoted [redacted] two moving trucks for her move, and it was agreed upon for the price quoted Those two trucks were completely filled 100% so we had to send another truck out with additional movers on the same day and was finished on the same day for an additonal $ There were damages sustained during the move and we have refunded her requested amount and filed an insurance claim for her damages So all issues have beed resolved at this time
We replied to this customer's email directly, the very next day, and apologized and offered monetary compensation for the extra time her move took We are assuming she didn't see that email, so we are calling and emailing her today, in an effort to compensate her for the time lost and waisted
Also we have internally investigated and settled all other matters she spoke of

We have reviewed the complaint and have taken the steps to correct the issue with the customerWe found her move details, and email, and have reached out to her to refund the difference amount of what she was expecting to pay vswhat she did payWe, at this time, have not received a response, and

We agreed to refund $45 for a missing dolly from [redacted] move. We were very apologetic and issued a check. We did not get information until now that the check was not received. We are getting this $45 payment to [redacted] by end of business day today. [redacted] is the Operations Manager of Denver...
