An inactive membership is not the same thing as a canceled membershipUpon cancelation, members are never charged annual renewal fees unless they log in and change their statusMr*** renewal was on December 16thHe canceled on December 18thSo he has an active membership through December

The customer rejection is not of merit nor cause for different consideration because of personal sentimentThe customer is welcome to review the agreed terms and conditions of his membershipThere will be no refund per his previous agreementHe has canceled his membership as previously notedThere shall be no further charges unless he reverses his cancelation or opens a new oneThis cancelation simply reinforces the access the customer has always had to his accountIt was up to him to maintain or discontinue based on his personal preference, as he has moving forward.

The customer rejection is not of merit nor cause for different consideration because of personal sentiment. The customer is welcome to review the agreed terms and conditions of his membership. There will be no refund per his previous agreement. He has canceled his membership as previously noted. There shall be no further charges unless he reverses his cancelation or opens a new one. This cancelation simply reinforces the access the customer has always had to his account. It was up to him to maintain or discontinue based on his personal preference, as he has moving forward.
