I gave him the same information that I provided to [redacted]--The frame has been replaced twice under a warranty and [redacted] refused to take the product.   His calls were returned and I did see him in the office. I'm sorry [redacted] feels nothing has been done to help him. At this point, it would be best for him to seek his eye care needs from another provider.
