unitsIf a unit owner rents a property out, then it is that unit owners responsibility to manage their tenant as the tenant has no legal standing to communicate with the HOA directly on their behalf
We are under contract with the HOA to manage their parking enforcementVehicles without permits are considered to be trespassing and are immediately removedWe impounded this persons car for not displaying a proper permit and when she came to pick it up, we explained in detail the steps required to get her permitWe also instructed her that until she had a proper permit, she could not park her car on the propertyIf she did, she would be at risk of being towed again
She then proceeded to park the car on the property AGAIN the following nightInstead of towing her car, we gave her a warning notice to discontinue parking on the property until she had the proper authorization (permit)I am not sure how she can perceive our desire to not tow her car twice in two days as 'targeting her'
As far as the phone conversationColorado law allows us hour to provide the release information on any impounded vehicle after hoursShe called at around amShe was instructed to call back just before 9am and the day dispatcher would send her a text message with all the necessary requirements to pick her car up including explicit instructions on how to get to the yardAll phone calls are recorded and after review, we have determined that at no point was anyone disrespectful to her in any fashion
The information of her tow and all related incidents are made available to the management company via their online dashboardIt has been reviewed and it has been determined there was no wrong doing on DenverParking.com's part and no refund *** be issued
I recommend highly that Miss *** quit trying to strong arm everyone around her and instead focus her energy on contacting the unit owner she rents from to procure her parking permit and settle this matter

They did not tell me to park in the street until Sunday after they towed my carHow is it that one can get a parking sticker when businesses are closedThe simple fact that they put the sticker on my car and none of the other cars parked there without a parking pass *** did not receive the sticker it can be considered harassmentI asked not only the H.O.A.but the rental management company to get my parking sticker in JanuaryThe fallow thru did not happen on my behalf or the property managementIf in fact the tow company would delve deeper into the performance of their driver who also answers the phone they would understand that he has no professionalism .His statement to me " It is not my concern" is how he handled the call, I did not as for his concern I asked how else I could get this resolvedWhich I should consider in hindsight since his profession is a degrading job and has nothing positive about itI don't expect the tow company to ever reimburse me.If you see the lot and mobile trailer parked there in the dirt, which that area smells like a dump, you would not say they are noteworthy to be considered to be a professional business Whom is strong arming whom here? I feel have a legitimate complaint about this companyMy vehicle is a new vehicle and to have them even touch it is appalling,to think of my new car in a dirt yard
