Review: I have been a customer of Denville Commons Cleaners for over 10 years. My single most important criteria is that they do not mark up my shirts or write on them for identification.

After all these years of service, they wrote on all my shirts causing permanent damage.

The owner said he can get the markings out but was giving me attitude and being rude.

I agreed to let him try after he assured me no further damage will be done.

When I returned to pick up the damaged shirts 4 of them still had ink and most of them now had pin holes.

I politely asked he give the 4 shirts another try and he started screaming at me and threw my shirts on the floor.

I asked for my shirts back and he went crazy and threw me out of the store and kept trying to hit me in the face.

I video recorded him screaming at me and trying to hit me.

He then followed me out of the store still screaming and cursing.

I threatened to call the police.

This is completely unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I want all my damaged shirts replaced. 13 shirts at $75- $95 per shirt.

I want an apology on his company letter head.

I am writing in reference number [redacted]. The customer complained that I wrote on his shirt. I write the names of my customer's

name on the inside flap(can't be seen from the outside) of every shirt received. The ink is erasable and ther is no permanent damage.

At the customers request, I removed the ink on every shirt he complained about and even washed all his shirts that he have already worn free of charge.

I am rejecting this response because Denville Commons Cleaners answered with lie after lie.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and they tag the shirts, not write on them. After all these years they wrote on all my shirts and were NOT able to remove all the ink which is why I went back.

Also, the owner did not address the facts that he threw my shirts on the floor, acted crazy and violent, and attacked me pushing me out of the store.

I have all of this captured on video and told him as much.

I am happy to post the video for all to see him acting crazy and unprofessional. I also have the shirts to prove all the ink was not removed.

The owners response is unacceptable and just one lie after the next.

If we have no resolution here, I am going to small claims court next.

As per the customer and stated on my previous email/letter, at the customer's request we removed the small ink inside of the inner flap of the lower part of the shirt. I never threw the shirts onto the floor and I never made any physical contacts against the customer. If the customer believes he recorded this on video , I would like him to show me or you that video of me attacking the customer.

As mentioned before:

None of the ink were permanent and has been all removed

I washed all his shirts free of charge

I did not physically attack my customer (please provide me video proof) -

I did not throw any of his shirts on the floor

I feel that I have done everything at the customer's request and I don't know what else I need to do to resolve the situation.
