working. All of this is evident under the description portion of the invoice. We explained to the customer that this requires additional diagnostics. The customer declined the diagnostic request, therefore we did not charge the customer in regards to this diagnostic procedure. However, we did charge the customer our standard inspection fee, for which both parties agreed that this is the price.

I had notified the woman at the front counter that the brake lights were not working she had told me a mechanic would take a look at the brake lights . After inspection I was called to deol automotive to pick up vehicle inspection was good except when they inspected the brake lights she said "the mechanic checked the brake lights wiring and there is no power going to tail lights the bulbs are good if you want you can bring back after you buy the vehicle and we can take a look for a flat rate of 200 then anything after would be extra so I bought the vehicle and brought it to my house and checked the bulbs noticed they were burnt so I bought new ones and installed and everything was fine. If I did not check the bulbs they would have charged me a lot of money to change out the bulbs this is why I am filing a complaint [redacted]
