We responded to this issue in a timely fashion as we sent a service technician out for one machine that was said to have a problem so we switched it out with another machineThe following day after we traded them out for another machine they called in stating the new machine had the same issues but the first machine had no issues as they had statedSo I directed my manager to tell them it would just be easier if we refunded them for the machineSo the following Monday I called and spoke with the wife and she said her husband was not there and I stated well please just have him give me a call at his earliest convince she screamed that I could just take down another number and call him I explained that I was very busy at the time so since she did not want to handle the matter to please have him give me a callI have not since received a phone call from themI will gladly refund their $All it takes is a simple call and we can get this all squared away!!!!

First off I start by saying the issue she is having with her refrigerator is not an issue that could be detected at any pointHer refrigerent system has a restriction which causes the freon not to flow freely through the systemUnfortunately this happens out side of her warrenty but as mentioned in her complaint I offered a every large discount on another refrigeratorA refund is absolutely out of the question seeing as how she has had the product for more than her guaranteed periodWe also have a no refund policy that is stated on our invoice in which she has a copy of that was signed by herSo please take into consideration that we are always looking to resolve any issues with all customers in this matter it's just not what she wants and from our business standpoint what she wants from us is impractical
