I installed carpet and vinyl flooring for this customerI finished the jobIn no time they called and said the husband tore the vinyl floor moving the refrigeratorI came out and fixed it at no chargeThat same time I was there, Linda told me about a small wrinkle in the carpetI told her I was
not equipped at the time but I would contact her back and come and fix itIn between, she had hired another local installer to repair it and she brought me a bill from the installer and I wrote her a check for thatShe then had another wrinkle and called me and I came that day and found out the wrinkle was caused by an air freshener spraying oil on the carpetI fixed that at no charge as wellI believe before I fixed it was when she filed the complaintHere in the last week she has called me and told me there is another spot that needs care, I am coming out today or this evening to fix it*** ***, Owner
