not equipped at the time but I would contact her back and come and fix it. In between, she had hired another local installer to repair it and she brought me a bill from the installer and I wrote her a check for that. She then had another wrinkle and called me and I came that day and found out the wrinkle was caused by an air freshener spraying oil on the carpet. I fixed that at no charge as well. I believe before I fixed it was when she filed the complaint. Here in the last week she has called me and told me there is another spot that needs care, I am coming out today or this evening to fix it. [redacted], Owner
