Review: February 14, 2014 is my check date which was cashed on February 26,2014. They claim they never got my check and refuse to send me a copy of my Birth Certificate which I need to obtain a passport prior to June 1, 2014. I have talked to them twice and they say I need to send them a check to start the process of issuing me a birth certificate which could take a couple of months as they are so busy. They are not so busy that they could take time to cash my check two weeks after they got it. I would like to have a copy of my birth certificate now, so I can apply for my passport to travel. They are needlessly causing me stress by their attitude about sending me a copy and demanding I send them a check...again.Desired Settlement: A copy of my Birth Certificate by registered mail before the end of the month of March.
