Review: I placed an order for my daughter birth certificate online when I checked status it stated it was mailed out on July [redacted] and said it takes 5 - 7 business days. I need her Birth Certificate for her to start school. It's August [redacted] and I haven't received nothing yet and I think this is ridiculous because I need to register my child in school...the order number is [redacted] pin number is [redacted]. Can you please help me.Desired Settlement: I will like for my child birth certificate to be reissued or something because I have not received nothing and its way pass the time
