Department of Workforce Development

I have been unemployed since 6-18-13. I filed a claim with Department of Workforce Development and have supplied all required information at the required time frame. I have not received a payment and have tried several times a day, all day on 6-12-13 and 6-15-13 to speak with a claims specialist and keep getting a voice meessage that says," The high volume calls is on Mondays and Tuesdays you will have to call back; Thank You." Their phone line then ends the call. I get this message after I put in my social security number. I'm entitled to unemployment benefits and I'm tired of being ignored. I have received nothing in the mail either. This is a government service to people of the United States with poor service to it's own people.
