To anyone interested in renting/leasing an apartment from this company please reconsider From personal experience, this company is not interested in resolving issues with tennants in a timely fashion, if at all If the issue in question does not directly concern the management of the complex or the corporation then you (the tennant) will be met with resistance Furthermore, the practices of both management and the direct complex employees give little concern to the overall condition of the apartment buildings and grounds So, unless you have no other alternative, you are much better off looking elsewhere to rent an apartment

The rating should be a zero. On the month of July 2018 I wrote a letter to the Managemeng company letting them know I am leaving breaking the lease. and leaving in the month of Aug.There is a 2 month penalty in the company. The wrote me back on 8 02 of 2018 with a tenent letter requesting for me to sign an agreement to pay 2 months rent for early termination and another months rent equivalent to additonal 30 days required notice. My rent is over priced at 1200 a month , so this would be a total of $ 3,600 per month.The letter also states your security deposit cannot be used as a final payment. They are requesting for the payment to made by the end of 8 31 2018.

In recap they want me to pay $3,600 while my deposit not being included while requesting my signature to agree to this.
Do not rent here. I called for lawyer assistance.
