I was recently looking at Dependable Auto's Kia Sorento to replace the existing family vehicle I was looking for something clean, spacious and decently priced After a month of shopping around southern, Arizona, Dependable appeared to have the best vehicle and price I arrived and was immediately greeted by *** who was very helpful and provided a pressure free opportunity to examine the car, take it for a good test drive and answer all my questions He offered an opportunity to take the vehicle to the families mechanic for a thorough unbiased inspection After a week of deliberating I decided to make an offer on the car The dealership owner *** gave us a great price on the truck and agreed to address some minor issues with the vehicle at no extra cost
There was some miscommunication at first the day the vehicle maintenance was scheduled to take place but both *** and *** took care of things and ensured I had my vehicle back the same day When I contacted *** (Owner) via email, he replied in just minutes and followed up with several phone calls The only thing I'm still waiting on are the vehicle plates and registration That being said although I've only owned the Kia Sorento for a couple of weeks if the vehicle proves to be as good as the service we received, you can consider me a very happy customer At this time I will highly recommend Dependable Auto Sales

To Revdex.com and *** ***, concerning *** ***. He purchased a Chevy 1500. After approximately a couple months he lost a transmission. We had the transmission warranty thru a local distributor because we had put a transmission in this vehicle before we had placed it on
the lot for sale. He later calls to months later stating he had his vehicle at a local transmission shop and wanted us to warranty it again. I stated at that time the warranty would kick in if he brought it back to our store so the mechanics that had installed and replaced the second would be held liable and the local distributor we purchased it from would be held liable. *** stated he would not do that and the cost of the labor from his shop was approximately $1500. I got the distributor to warranty the transmission but they originally one had been sent from their Nampa shop and when it showed up for delivery, our rep stated it had some external damage and they would not except. My rep then had one shipped from his California location and it was suppose to be delivered to my Pocatello location on a certain day. Yes we told *** it would be in and he could come pick up. Due to the weather the delivery did not show the day it was supposed and was delivered after the weekend. From the time *** purchased this vehicle and to the time this last transmission had a problem, he drove over miles. He purchased a vehicle with over miles. He signed a AS IS!! form. I believed with warranty the first transmission and warranty the cost of the transmission for the second issue, made a good and fair effort on resolving this issue.Than you

highly unusual for someone to ask for their grooming money back when there was nothing wrong with the groomingYou said he started coughing two days after he was groomedWe have had no incidences of kennel cough, nor was he injured or he would have been coughing immediatelyYou have been here times and last time you said getting you dog groomed made not only him itch but your other dog as wellI hope you find a groomer that suits you

I looked every day for about a week for a car to replace our truck that we'd sold to our mechanicFinally, when we went to Dependable Auto Sales, we found what we were looking forThe staff was very helpful an, professional and willing to meet our needs within reasonAfter negotiations took place between our bank and Dependable we were off in on new (to us) carThe very next day I was back to the dealers for a failed #cylinder code and the mechanic quickly, fixed the problem by replacing the coils and the spark plugsAnd the wait time was just about an hourAfter that, the Infinity Gwe'd bought was running greatAlthough, today, the AC stopped blowing cold air all of a suddenSo, back to the mechanic at the dealer again I go in the morning tomorrowSo far *** and all his staff has been able to meet my needs in a very timely and professional mannerI'm hoping the same goes again for tomorrowLesson learned, take a GOOD LOOK under the hood before you buy a car from any wereBut if you're not sure, go to Dependable Auto because, so far, they've taken good care of meThank you Dependable Auto!

I wanted a newer car but my credit score is horrible. I thought it would impossible for any car dealer to get me financed n thought if they did, it would be a car I really didn't want. I stumbled across Dependable Auto Sales on Craigslist while I was looking for a Honda Accord. Very reluctantly, I called the dealership. They had me fill out the online credit application n 2 days later I was signing paper work on my Honda Accord. Thank you to the whole staff, they were all very friendly n so helpful. The owner was great. I just finished paying off my vehicle and they are going to hook me up with and oil change and a detail cleaning. They have always treated me with respect and are always willing to help. Prices are good and monthly payments were within my budget because they were willing to work with me .
