text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">The customer purchased a vehicle with around 140,miles on it. He understood and agreed by initialing and signing that he was responsible for all future maintenance and repairs from the day he bought it and onward. He declined the extended warranty that we offered and knew the risks associated with declining it. We even threw in a month/6,powertrain warranty at no cost to him and explained that the most expensive components were covered, but that he would be responsible for all other repairs in the future which he was thankful for at the time. The clutch of the car was in proper running order the whole time we owned it and when he test drove and bought it. We cannot be responsible if he burned out his clutch two weeks after he bought itWe offered to let him get it repaired using our discount at the local mechanic we use. Had he been civil about the matter, we probably would have split the cost of the repairs with him even though we didn't cause the mechanical issue nor did we have a legal obligation to do so. Instead, he kept calling the dealership threatening us and demanding the owner's cell phone number. He then showed up at the dealership and went into a rage screaming in the showroom and getting in the manager's face. He was asked to leave several times and finally went outside and proceeded to scream profanities at the civilians walking down the sidewalk. We had no choice but to have him arrested and issued a ticket for disorderly conduct. The police stated he will be arrested in the future if he makes any contact with us or comes on our property ever againAs recommended by the police, we will not be contacting him or giving in to his demands. He has a copy of the inspection report that every customer receives when they buy the car. No dealer is required to show previous paperwork including receipts they have on any vehicle they sell. The Wisconsin Buyer's Guide is the LEGAL inspection report. We would have been happy to show him receipts, though, had he not been disorderly. He even told the mechanic that he understands that it's not our fault and that he has no case against us, but that he was going to "bully" us until we gave in to his demands. Unfortunately for him, the mechanic he brought his car to is also one of the mechanics we use and we were warned by the mechanic of what this customer was going to try and pullWe always try to help our customers and have even paid repair bills many times that we didn't legally have to as long as the customer was not belligerent. We have sold or so cars per month for years and have never had a complaint filed. Unfortunately, you can't please 100% of all people. We are proud of the fact that over 99% of our customers are satisfied and come back to us over and over again for their budget vehicle needs!

These guys are cons. Never buy a car here... First car overheated on test drive, looked at a few others on the lot and showed interest in a different one, but said if only buy it the fixed some minor flaws, being bad front tires and shroud protecting undercarriage was hanging off... Owner got [redacted] with me saying I don't know what you're expecting in a $5,000 car. So I left, but forgot to go back in and grab my ID they still had on their printer. I come back and they claim not to have it. I said I know I left it here, this is ridiculous. The owner replied yeah yeah.. And I'll make sure so and so financial will never work with you again. He seemed so nice when I was about to buy his lemon, but not did his time change when I pointed out the problems keeping me from buying it....
