1-To Revdex.com concerning this complaint [redacted] was my custome for a year nowWe allways took care of her car problems we never during this time had a problem with her or her husbandher car had some water leaking isues that we took care of like water pump and other repairs just like any car out therNo isues ever came up from our work at allbut we dont no whats going on now that she turned on us like this2-on 1/18/her husband called and whanted to bring the chevy HHR to have it looked at it got a coollant leak as he explained and it wase greenish collerwe told him bring it next day we will check it for him no chargehe did bring car on 1/19/and left it with uswe lifted car up and checked for coollant leaks we found no leaks from anything we did from the past or any majer coollant leaks other than the hose on radiater whas showing some red coollant water on the edge of it we took care of that no chargebut the green fluide leak he is talking about wase his AC Compresor is leaking green AC oil from Casing, and oil swich leaking on starterthats ithe came and picked car up and whent on his way3- Then the next day after on 1/23/he called and told me that his father in law just got done with doing a transmission service on Car and he broke a trans pan bolt in transmission and it leaking badand if I can help him with thatI told him bring it an I will try to seall itand it will be around to try and take broken bolt out and seall his gasket that he hadwe did the bolt as best we could and installed his Transmission pan gasketand filled it up and no leaks at allhe called to check on car I told him its goodthen he told me to take care of oil presure swich and replace itTotle estimate would be he gave ok on all repairswhen wher done we called Efrin and told him his car is done and ready to gohe came and paid and took his car and he wase happyand leftand after that he never called to complain or anythinguntill I got your letter that his wife had delt with me and I wase rude with her and she had taken her car to someone else and all this happened with herI wass sholked4- I called her husband on 2/1/at [redacted] and told him about what his wife did and she lied about everything why did she do thathe did not like what she did and the car is ok he is in bay aria and he does not no why she did thatso what all she sead is a lie and not trueit seems she is having problems and she is trying to blame other people for themand I am sorry she feells this way after all the help we helped herwe do not owe her anything for any repairs we did

Here's my statement:I do not agree with the business response I may have indicated that I don't want to spend an astronomical amount of money on the vehicleHowever by no means did I indicate that I was willing to resort to unprofessional patchworkThe work that was performed on the vehicle was done so poorly and unprofessionalI would not have been able to sell it in that condition if I wanted toI understand that the burden of proof is on the complainant and thus am prepared to provide proof that respondent nearly destroyed the engine instead of repairing it causing me to spend even more money to have another business to undo what had been done and redo the work properly, clearly indicating that there is a level of inexperienced and unprofessional with this establishment and customers should be aware of such a placePlease be advised that if so requested I am absolutely prepared to present clear and precise evidence unequivocally
I am rejecting this response because: I am attaching a copy pf the email confirmation and shows that I had an apt to get my stereo put in the day before I dropped it at the shopI am also attaching a picture of the current miles that shows the car reads high beam outMy high beam does work but something is still wrong if the computer does not register that informationThe blinker does work most the time now but not alwaysI brought my car for it to be fixed not to have more problems*** locked his keys in my car due to the automatic windows rolling up and car lockingThe car no longer has this functionI just want my car fixed the way it should beI want the buttons flesh with the dash, my car to lock like ot use to, the speakers and amps to work, the computer to recognize the high beams work and for the blinkers to always workI paid a 1,to have my car fixed not to have more problemsMy friends dad is a mechanic and the only reason he did not do the work was because he was busy that week and I needed it completed*** did call but only leaving one message and never answering the phone callsI can print out a phone history if need beHe told me he could fix my car but he added more problems

And each time it was something new and very frustratingFor a while I thought my car was junkBut later found that it was the mechanic and not my car once I took it to a different shopI’m just so over being disrespected and taken advantage of by A TechI took my car because it was over heating and I noticed that coolant was leaking outWhich by the way for my car it is orange and not greenHe charged me on 5/27/ on 6/30/I was back because it was still leaking and still over heating I paid another for them to “fix” it but again it still leaked and over heatedSo I just gave up and bought a new carThat is why I hadn’t been back to the shop in monthsHowever my husband decided to fix the car and took it back to A TechYes my father broke the bolt, how does that justify this business doing a poor job at repairing it? We brought the car to A Tech to fix it no matter who broke it? To whom it may concern,[redacted] and her friends father that actually work in another shop brought her car complaining that he had put an after market stereo in her car and after that the lights don't come on. Car has no low beams or high beams or signals. She told me after her friends father installed...
her stereo that's when the light did not work again and she was mad at him and at her friend. she did not mention that in her letter to you about that. We gave her an estimate at $79.99 to check and give her an estimate. I told her that he might of wired the stereo to some PCM power or light module somewhere. She told me that even if I had to take the stereo completely out I don't care. Just restore my lights. So we took all dash front off and uncovered all the wiring and found that the light switch on dash was no good and there was no signal coming out of the control module did not ground the lights when switch was turned on. This system works on a ground bases not power. We called her and told her to come down, her and her husband so I can show them what's going on at [redacted] 4:08 pm and gave her husband an estimate for the light switch and module are bad, but after we disconnect the wires wired to it and return spliced wires together first then we go from there. The estimate was $398.60 for switch and module $414.97 labor + $79.99 diagnostics total is = $893.56 and no guarantee of stereo or anything else to work or not. Her husband told me I will call her and tell her and I will let you know. After like an hour her husband came to shop and we showed him what we are doing he took lot's of pictures and called his wife to send her the pictures of the spaghetti wire mix behind the stereo. He told me that her friends father did this wiring for her, then he left. After that day apparently they had an argument with her father had done installing stereo because her friend and her father came to shop to se what's going on. He told me he is not a technician he does not know about this kind of work that's why he left it alone and could not fix it. That day she told her husband to call me and tell me to do the work. 4/9/16 at 4:23 pm when I called him to find out he told me go ahead and do it. When we replaced the head light switch and relay that tested all so bad. We took and rewired all the wires to original Coller wires. Signals started working, emergency's started working but we had no lights. The module started working good now but the lights will not come on. After getting the signal from module and relay we found out that the signal unit is burnt shorted. So instead of replacing PCM
To whome it may concern:1. This car came in for a tune up. We did the tune up and brakes and other repairs. But my tech broke of Evap valve when taking intake plenum of for Tuneup. But we orderd valve and replaced it for free 140.00 worth NC.2. She took car and and came Back after a week check...
engine light on Evap Leak PO456 EvapLeak. We found gas cap loose after she had put gass and we saved her. We reset light. and she had no problems after.3. She came Back about 2 weeks later and she had an arcing coil it Bad. We did the repair for her and that wase it no problems after that. She came Back to oilchang. the problem is not the customer its her sone. he keeps involving himself in her Buisenes. she is ok.

Dear [redacted]: for ID# 12046503. It looks like mistr. [redacted] has a problem with all the shops he takes his car to and has problems with them to. When he first came to ower shop he down played all other shops he had delt with and other that told him don’t come back that wase before he came to us for repairs and he was happy with our work at the time. Until we told him its going to take more money to repair his car. We were [redacted], at the time. Now we are bad to him he obviously forgot to mension all the free work, diagnostics and Brake we had gave him. Theres no mention of that. But its okay. We can only say sorry he feells this way this way we no he whent threw hard times with loved ones and maybe that’s part of his frustration with this we don’t know.
