The manager had actually entered into our system to pay a check to [redacted] but we had a glitch at our office and the check was sent out last week We apologize for the issue as well as the poor service response she received - and especially for the delay in getting her check to her

We offered to send the coat to *** *** since it fell under their warranty program. Customer decided against that because it would take to weeks for resolution and instead accepted a check for $as an appologyCheck was mailed 3/11/

On Feb 10, our District Manager, *** ***, called and spoke with Mrs***, told her we would be willing to refund her the chargeShe seemed to agree with the refund but said she wanted to contact Revdex.com to find out what her obligations are as we are going to refund herShe took
her phone # and said she would call the next day to process the cc refund of $36.10. We called her again 2/15/16, 2/16/16, 2/17/and 2/23/16. Voicemail was not set up on that phone so we were unable to leave a messageWe still have not heard back from Mrs *** but once we hear from her and get the credit card information we can then refund her the $36.10. Thank you

We are the seller of the gun, we did not own the gun, it was not our personal property, we are just the agent. Mr. [redacted] had plenty of opportunity to look the gun over and inspect it before purchasing. I know he sent an employee to do so. We sell everything as is and it was up to him to do his due...

diligence and research and inspect the gun, because once he purchased it, we are not liable for the product. I spoke to [redacted] and I did try to reach out to the seller who told us what he told us is what was told to him when he purchased it. [redacted] was upset that it wasn’t the original finish, but we didn’t label it as so. We listed the date of manufacturing and if he would have researched it he would have known that this type of gun didn’t have nor was it offered with that style of finish back then. Again, we do not own the property and I did what I could for him. The owner of the gun was not willing to do anything as he felt [redacted] had the time to inspect the product before purchasing. There is literally nothing I can do at this point and I apologize.
