Just received a "pain relieving knee brace" from dependable diabetic supplyThe thing was so complicated that I haven't a clue if I know how to use itIt came with almost no user instructions, but referred me to see a physical therapist for proper fittingI ordered this after seeing their t.vcommercials which give the intentional impression that they handle everything, and that if you have Medicare there is no cost to you; the slip that came with this shows there will be a $copay which I cannot afford, and feel that I was lied to when I ordered this productI am going to call them tomorrow and try to return this to them at their expenseIf that is not possible I intend to file a complaint against them
