Review: I was told my jeans would be hemmed Friday the 19th of February by 11am. This is one week after they were dropped off on the 12th of February. Today is the 29th and they have still been unable to produce a finished hem. Every day I call they do not know when they will get the jeans back and say they will find out and call me back. They don't. This is still ongoing. I was told today that they would "try" to get them. They told me that they sent the jeans out and once they left there store it was out of their hands. They also said that if the jeans were not returned then they were not responsible and would not reimburse the cost of the jeans.Desired Settlement: If they cannot produce the hemmed jeans I would like a refund of the original cost of the jeans to buy a new pair.
