Dick [redacted] resurfaced my parking lot and misled me to believe a swail he installed would improve my drainage. The only purpose to resurface my parking lot was to improve my drainage as I had maintained my asphalt. The work that he performed only made my drainage problem significantly worse. There is now an ice lake by my front door every time it snows. He built a rickety wooden bridge for customers to cross the swail. This was his solution. He did not purchase a survey nor consult an engineer I found out after the fact. I had a survey performed and it showed that some areas of the parking lot are actually flat. I have sent him multiple pictures and requests for him to make repairs. When he has responded, which is rare, he simply said the parking lot drains. Water runs downhill and it and zero improvements were made. In face now water sits by my foundation and the snow has to be hand shoveled and maintained at a significant cost increase as the swail is so narrow a snow
