Dependable Payment Processing

Review: We have used this Merchant Card Service and not previously had any problems. On March 19th I faxed a cancellation form to them as we had switched to another Merchant Card Service. Somehow there was still a connection through our website and they processed a few transactions for the next few months after the cancellation was sent. Once I realized that I had to close an account through our payment gateway company (to disconnect our website from [redacted]) I did that and no additional transactions are being processed. However, we received a statement showing that [redacted] took $130.90 from our bank account on Aug 31, 2015 for an annual PCI Fee, PCI Non-Validation, Regulatory Bundle, & a monthly service fee.

When I called [redacted] on Sept 23rd, asking for a refund of the $130.90 and explaining that a cancellation notice was faxed on March 19th, I was informed that I would need to contact Bruce at SG Associates at ###-###-####. Although I've left messages for Bruce on Sept 23rd and again on Oct 2nd; I've never received a response from him.Desired Settlement: Refund of $130.90.
