I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to
complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
This is an obnoxious lieThey called me and demanded I pay more money because of the belongings, said otherwise they would not deliver the carThe belongings went missing shortly afterwardsSounds suspicious? Driver is the only person who had the key.1) I was not told to put personal belongings on the Bill of Lading, it is for the actual car damages/scrapes, etcIf the radio was stolen from the car - it is not marked on Bill of Lading, does it mean they are not responsible for it. 2) The recipient was an elderly gentleman, a family friend who had just taken a wife to the hospital with the heart attackHe briefly came out, took the car, was told "to sign here" if he did not see any damage on the car - that he didHe called me and ask - "did not you put stuff in the car, there is nothing there?" I asked to immediately hold the driverHe said "he took off"IT is a theft, a crime, not just a breach of contract. 3) Unfortunately for them I have pictures that we took with driver in the background, so I am not sure they can deny it any morePictures attached4) This is a pattern behavior that they do to other citizens as wellPeople are cursing their name all overAttaching their reviews from usersI did not pick out the negative ones every single one has the lowest possible rating., and people have identical complaints to me - hidden charging, and manipulating more money from the customer after the service has been done. Mr*** special ordered his boat on Friday 3-27-15. We ordered his boat on Monday 3-30-15. *** delivered his boat on Friday 7-10-in the afternoon. Our staff started working on the boat right away and we had it ready on Monday 7-13-15. Mrand Mrs*** picked up the
boat on 7-14-15.When Mr*** picked up his boat he had no complaints. Mr*** received everything that he paid for. If he had not he would not have accepted the boat. If he thought there was a problem he would have talked to Lisa about it or asked for a manager. We would love to sell Mr*** all the items that he is requesting. Not only do we make a profit on them our salesman make a commission on everything that they sell. Give Lisa a call and she can set you up and appointment to get anything that you want installed.Happy Boating, *** ***

have no idea what this customer is talking abouthe paid customer in full there where no belongings on bill of lading on pick uphe signed there was no problem, or damages, or anything missing on delivery

Mr*** came in on Saturday morning to pick up his boat. He did not want to pay the $for parts that were needed on his fuel line. After he talked to the service write he talked to me about the ticket. We were having a calm discussion about it until he understood that we
would not give him the parts for free. After that he went off. He screamed at us, told us that we were crooks, he said that he would never come back to our store, he said that he would sue is, and he went on and on. I asked him to please just pay the $and leave. He said that he did not have any money and his mom would have to come pick up the boat. I talked to his mom twice later on that day and she made an appointment to come down, pay, and pickup the boat

The bill of lading is for the car itself, and nothing there says I needed to list the contentsDriver willingly took the itemsI certainly have the photos of the items in the back of the vehicle (there is even driver in the background, so he can't deny his knowledge of items there), I think I sent them last timeIf I forgot - I am attaching them now. There is another very easy justification for the fact that there were items there - because the driver called me for additional payment of 200$ (I have a call log), couple hours prior to delivery, that is many hours after the truck departed with my car and contents in itHe would not have called me about it, unless there were items. What seems to me is that the most likely he purged them in rage of not getting the additional ripoff the company was trying to get, thinking that now that they had the car, they could force the money out of me

The customer came in our store yesterday and bought a 16' jon boat trailer.  We got the trailer ready for him and when it was time to do the paperwork he asked the saleswoman what year the trailer was.  She came in the office and checked and told him that the trailer was a 2016.  The...

customer was upset and said he wanted a 2017 or his money back.  She explained to him that our trailer was built 5 days before the model year change.  He still wanted a 2017.  I talked to him about it and said we would give him a 2017 trailer even though the sale price is for our oldest inventory.  I gave him exactly what he asked for.  We normally sell the trailer for $[redacted] and this customer bought it on sale for $[redacted].  The sale ended November 30th but we allowed him to have the sale price.  If there is anything else we can help with let me know.Sincerely,Marc G[redacted]

When Mr.[redacted] contacted Ed's Marine Superstore about his concerns we responded right away with a phone call.  I talked to Mr. [redacted] and told him that we want him to be completely satisfied and that we stand behind all our work [redacted]%.  I told him that we would take care of all his concerns free of charge.  I told him to bring his boat to us and we would take care of it.  Mr. [redacted] said he would not bring his boat in.If Mr. [redacted] changes his mind and brings his boat in we will be happy to address his concerns.Sincerely,Marc G[redacted]

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Hence my response is as follows: When we bought this boat it was an "out of the door price".  Upon taking ownership of the boat the dealership now wants an opportunity to sell us an additional $1500 worth of merchandise, much of which a reputable dealer would have included as stock.  Their response is indicative of their inability to even comprehend the concept of customer satisfaction.   The conversation on the telephone was worse.  I am done.  I want nothing further from this pitiful example of poor customer service.   I would rather spend my money elsewhere and my time giving an interview to [redacted] [redacted] and the [redacted] in regard to how poorly Ed's Marine treats their customers and specifically how poorly I was treated. They just do not seem to grasp my dissatisfaction and they have made it very clear "it is what it is" and they don't care. and if you don't think so "you can read the back of the contract".  That being said my deepest appreciation to the Revdex.com for hearing me out and giving customers a venue to seek justice and if nothing else speak their side of the injustice done to them.
Regards,
Mr and Mrs [redacted]

rejects the business response. Stated he doesn't want to take his boat back to them for work to be done on the boat because of past experiences. Eric said he isn't happy with the business he wants a refund not work done for free since he went through another company to have the part replaced.
