I am rejecting this response because: It is not first time that I am buying used car but this is first time that I am buying a car from dealer and the car is junk and he showed the car like that it is ok. How it is possible a tranmsission in car will be broklen after 100 miles. I showed him the milage usage during the time that I have it. It was used just for picking up my son from school. and trasmission totlally failed. I had to tow the car to mechanic. and mechanic told me some car delaers buy junk used car from auction with very cheap price and they know it is bad car but they only think about making some money. I bought this car with 3500$ from delar and month later I sold it as 1200 as junk car. 2300$ dollar lost for one month. Never happended to me and I hope never happen to anybody else. I am sure there are other people complaining regarding these kind of complaints and I am asking Revdex.com to keep open his eyes on these kind of dealers.

Company states:
The customer knows that the car was sold as-is. We went on a test drive with the customer. We gave the customer a lower price than what we were asking for. A month after the fact the customer bought the car we received a request to have the registration for the car. There...

was no mention about any transmission issues. I was paying out of my pocket for the registration. We gave him something to use for 90 days. I did not hear about any transmission issues at that time which was a month after we sold the car. At that time there was a tragedy in my family which delayed getting in contact with the DMV. Three weeks even after the first month we did not hear anything about the transmission. I told him that the following week we will be getting the registration and mail that to him. Shortly after that, about two months that he he had the car, he had contacted me and said that he would be looking for another car. He said that he would like to use the car he bought to be a trade in as a down payment for another car. I asked him how many miles is on the car and I told him that I wanted to look at him. I told him I would be willing to look at it. He told me that the vehicle drives fine but there is a delay in shifting. I told him that he did not have that issue when we sold him the car because we would not sell it that way. Cosmetically I told him it looked fine but we would have to come to a number that we both would agree on. So I got in the car and hooked up the scanner to it and I cannot remember exactly what code it was but there were two codes that came back. I know for a fact that when you purchased the vehicle and you went on the test drive with us there was no codes and this is very detailed in our paperwork and even informally when we talk to the customer. I say sometimes when you buy a used motor vehicle sometimes things can happen.
That is on the back of the buyers guide that these things may him. I tried to explain this to him again. I told him that given the condition of the car I gave him a price and because at that time I had to fix the car. He got really irate and I told him I deal honestly with you and I only wanted to assist you. I told him that I do understand your frustration and that you being upset is clouding what I am saying to you here. I told him that at this point there is nothing else I can do for you. Legally I went by the books and I even went beyond to help you to get the car fixed. He basically wanted me to take the car and get him in another car. You have had a car for a couple of months and almost two months later he told me he wanted a trade-in. It was almost like here is a customer who sprung this on me. I told him I am really sorry for the experience but cars can do that sometimes since it is a used vehicle.
I told him that you are asking me to help you but you are being hostile to me and basically demoralizing me. I do understand the customer's frustration and I offered the best within my means the best to resolve it in a fashionable way. He did not understand that and he wanted me to take full responsibility.

Review: I bought a uised car from this dealer ship and just after one week the trsnsmission completely failed. Even though he knows this car is broken he saled to me and he forged the warning alarm of the car to not appear in sales. It was totoally broken car after 50 mile drive by me. I bought as 3500$ and sold as junk car.Desired Settlement: I think this delaership should be honest and dont sell broken car to the customers.
