I am rejecting this response because: This did not take months because of the employerYour employees 1st told my wife after faxing documents to your fax number given they had been received but becausr of server isdues were not retrievableYour employees told us legal documents we sent were nit acceptableFrom February through June we have been dealung with your undertrained, inept, unqualified staff Your company was hired and if this isn't resolved to our satisfaction we will be taking whatever steps necessary to make us whole Because of the excuses of your staff for whatever reasons insurance coverage terminated wrongfully That IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY As we've heard we were not the only ones affected negatively.
