I am rejecting this response because: You told me you would get the buttons/pigtailsI attached an email where you stated that you wouldIt also shows that you were able to get them for me before when I first ordered the gauges because they were defectiveWhy would you be able to get them for me before and not now? The first website that comes up when you Google "Depo Racing Gauges" is your website! I'm not harassing youI just want you to make good on your wordWhen you tell a customer you are going to do something, you do itYou don't lie to them, lead them on, ask them for pictures, tell them you will, let them order more stuff from you, make excuses for not sending the parts with your recent order, then ignore them until he/she files a complaint with the Revdex.comIf you want to be done with me, send me the buttons/pigtails like you said you would or refund my money for the gauges and I'll send you back the color changing ones that won't work (like you said they would) without buttons/pigtailsI'm trying to be nice about it.- [redacted]

Mark S*** did what an attorney is supposed to do - save me the time and hassle of going to court for traffic tickets One time, while I still had a ticket in 'probation' and got pulled over for speeding again, S*** took care of itDo yourself a HUGE favor - call S*** next time you get a speeding ticket in San Antonio

Mark Sideman has "negotiated" my past speeding ticketsI work in consumer sales therefore I am involved with many people, when the topic of speeding tickets comes up I usually brag on my attorney SidemanWell I have been told many times that he is charging way more than other attorneys are for the same results
He has never been informative nor helpful when I ask him to educate meI asked him today to explain what my dollars is going towards so I can understand why he is worth the moneyAfter telling me it goes towards letters and phone calls to the court I asked why he is charging more than my friends attorneys and he says its a better deal and proceeded to slam the phone downHe is short with his responses as well as with his temperI will not ever do business with this rude man again

*** *** purchased the gauges in February and they have worked great, Depo ***s offer a year warrantyThe gauges he purchased are not even the point of his filing to you, he said they work fine
but he lost or broke switches on them
He was upset I didnt sell him switches for his gauges, I don't have them in stock and directed him to the manufacturer, as they would carry hundreds of small replacement items, The next thing I know is I get this letter in the mail.
I hope this clarifies thing
Thank you

Review: [redacted] from Depo Racing sold me a pair of gauges a while ago (boost and oil pressure) for $180. They were the 7 color gauges that have a little wire pigtail that leads to 2 external buttons. The buttons will switch through the colors so you can set the gauge to be the color you want. THey also allow you to set dimness levels for the gauges which is why I went with these in the first place. I've had nothing but trouble with the gauges. They are constantly switching colors without anyone pressing the buttons. They also would get stuck in a flashing mode where trying to press the buttons does nothing. You would have to shut the car off and turn it back on to reset it. This would happen just about EVERY SINGLE DAY. It was suggested that I unplug he tiny wire pigtail and try reconnectng it. Upon doing this with each gauge, the wires pulled out of the socket.I had to use a pair of needle nose pliers just to remove the other end of the plug. I discussed this with [redacted] and decided that I would be happier with their normal gauge line that does not change colors. I wouldn't be able to dim them, but at least they wouldn't change colors all the time on me. He said that if I order them he would throw an extra set of pigtails and buttons into the boxes so that I'd be able to resell the 7 color gauges. He said they are usually not problematic but if they are, it's always the buttons/pigtails.So I ordered the normal gauges from him ($140) and when they arrived the pigtails/buttons were not in the box. I contacted him and said he did not have any in stock and that he had ordered some and would send them to me when they come in. This was over 2 months ago. I've emailed him 3 times since and tried calling the # in his email signature. He hasn't responded to me.Desired Settlement: All I would like from [redacted] is the pair of pigtails/buttons that he promised me.

Business

Response:

[redacted] purchased the gauges in February 2012 and they have worked great, Depo [redacted]s offer a year warranty. The gauges he purchased are not even the point of his filing to you, he said they work fine but he lost or broke 2 switches on them.
