Review: On Saturday, 10/6 at approx. 6 p.m., I went into this soccer store. I asked if they had any Youth Large female goalie soccer jerseys. Lady said no but had Adult sizes and showed me an Adult Small set. I decided to purchase the set and asked if it could be returned if it didn't fit. The lady insured me that it could, took my VISA debit card, had me put in my pin and finished the transaction. The set was too big for my granddaughter. So, on Sunday, 10/7 at approx. Noon, I returned to the shop with the set in the bag and with the receipt. Same woman was "manning" the store (both times with 2 or 3 young children running around). As soon as I told her I needed to return the set, she said 'No - cash only'. I immediately asked her if she remembered me from the day before and she said "yes". I then said I asked you if this could be returned and you told me it could. You took my VISA debit card and never told me that I could only return it if I paid cash. Again, she said "cash only". I said "you mean you can't credit my VISA card". She said "no". At that point, I was very angry and decided that I would just leave. I did tell her that I would be contacting the Revdex.com because she was not honest with me when I purchased the soccer goalie outfit. I am a professional older woman and have never find a need or desire to contact the Revdex.com about any transaction during my lifetime. This is a first but I am extremely annoyed that she can continue to do business and be dishonest in her interactions. I look forward to talking with you if you desire.Desired Settlement: I want a credit to my VISA debit card or a cash refund. I do not want to exchange it or get a store credit (neither option was offered at the time I was trying to return the set). Personally, I don't want to ever deal with this dishonest person again.
