We are sorry to hear the customer had the issues with our new On Demand Downloads. We added these new plans since they are more flexible and affordable than the old pay-as-you-go credits option. renewal can be easily cancelled, that is mentioned on check out page and in our  Return&Cancellation policy ([redacted]).The customer [redacted] purchased 5 On Demand Downloads for $39 on February [redacted],which were automatically renewed for another  5 On Demand Downloads for $39 the same day. Then on February [redacted] another  10 On Demand Downloads were purchased by the customer for $69.00 and they were also automatically renewed since the renewal wasn't cancelled. In general 26 files were successfully downloaded by the customer. Unfortunately, we can't proceed the refund for those purchases since the files were downloaded.In case these payments are reversed the customer shall lose the right to use purchased files and all license shall be revoked.As a solution we can offer the customer to keep the downloaded files and also we will add extra 50 Pay-as-you-go credits to the customer's account as compensation. Furthermore, if the customer still prefers to buy Pay-as-you-go-credits on our website, we may provide her with this option. She simply needs to contact us and we'll provide her with purchase links.We're ready to meet the customer's needs, so she may contact us any time.
