I feel this reply from Robert crist rv is slanderI donot take medication and both times and was there o was treated poorlyI never agreed to all of those things listed Dale the receptionist told me dollars when I picked it up on aug I was told either I pay 1461?or they will keep my rv so I paid When I got home my refrigerator was not working either was my generatorI called them and had to wait till oct for them to honor thier day warranty and looks at my refrig and generator when I got thier the technition refused to look at my rv unless I paid him more laborThat's when I began crying as they overcharged meAnd two things I originally came in for didn't even workI had to go to *** generator right after I left there and to *** ** ** after that to fix my refrigerator*** replaced my voltage regulator and said Robert crist could not have turned on anything using the generatorRobert crist said they ran everything for an hour on the generator not trueAnd *** ** ** replaced gas regulator that Robert crist should have found to be broken if they did indeed do all these checks I paid forThis is still in the day time frame for my Robert crist warrantyThe two other businesses that fixed my rv within a week of being refused service on oct I only owedvrobert crist not This was not acceptable business practice my husband and I believe it's fraud saying they worked on our vehicle and preformed all those checksThey should be investigatedI'm so upset about the fact that my hey accused me of something that is not trueThe only medication I take is vitamins

These accusations are absolutely ridiculous. The box was opened, by our parts clerk, so that the customer could compare it to the identical shower kit they had previously purchased and returnedWe have video that clearly shows the shower kit was undamagedThe customer is wanting to return an item they brokeWe will, as I stated, give them a replacement as soon as I have received it from the vendorWe are being quite reasonable here

I have no need for another replacement as I have already purchased a different unit while this company takes it's sweet time resolving the issue. There is nowhere on the receipt stating that customer has to wait on vendor to determine if they get a refund on damaged merchandise nor does it say NO REFUNDS!  We  just want our money back and they can put the new shower into their inventory if that is what the vendor chooses to do!  I do not trust this company at this point and if they come back stating the vendor wouldn't return or replace the merchandise, I want to personally speak to the vendor myself and still think Robert C[redacted] owes us our money back and needs to post his return/damage merchandise policy.  Mr. C[redacted] is an arrogant man along with his manager and treats women like they are incompetent!  The company has pointed the finger to us as breaking this item when it was an open box on their shelf and we have no idea if it was reconditioned or rigged by someone else.  If we did break the item, it was clearly not something that was knowingly done! This item was NEVER installed by us as he has gone further to state.   I think that they are beyond unreasonable with their accusations and am very offended! Mr. C[redacted] said to me, you broke it an now you want a refund simply because I stood up for my "consumer" rights and was being pushy with the parts manager for the refund. The word lawsuit is coming to mind here which will go far beyond the refund for this merchandise in their possession that for the record is under $100. The only resolve in this matter at this point is that they mail back the refund as we are not just about to set foot on their property due to the way they have treated us possibly creating an very escalated confrontation which cleary Mr. C[redacted] would initiate given the treatment he has proven already over the phone.

The customer purchases a new auxiliary shower kit from our parts and accessory store. The shower kit was undamaged when they purchased it. Evidently, upon trying to install the kit, they broke it. They bring it back expecting a refund. Norm Tyler, Parts & Service Manager, explained to her that,...

because they broke it, it would have to be the vendor's decision as to whether they are willing to take it back and issue a refund. We were willing to go to work and fight for a refund. This evidently is not good enough. If the vendor sends us a replacement auxiliary shower we will give it to the customer. Robert C[redacted] Sr.

When MS [redacted] originally came into our service office,she authorized us to perform an appliance and systems check and agreed the established charge of $325. In addition, she asked us to check her charging system for an additional charge of $59.50. Both of these totaled $384.50. In addition to these...

two items, she authorized us to perform a 24 point inspection in order to ascertain any additional work that needs to be done on her RV. After performing the 24 point inspection, our service office contacted MS [redacted] to go over what we found. After going over the list of problems, MS [redacted] approved an additional $1107 worth of work. This charge is in addition to the $384.50 she had previously authorized. Once the work was completed, MS [redacted] came in to pick the vehicle up. She was very confused with the amount she had authorized, became quite hysterical, yelling and creating a huge disturbance in our service office. Mike T[redacted], our service manager, calmly went thru all of the work that was done and the charges she authorized. She okayed everything and went on her way. Our dealership performed everything she agreed to. As far as were concerned, there is no issue here. As far as her comment regarding the owner asking her to leave, I have never talked with this customer. As far as her hysterical outburst, she did admit to not taking her medication that morning.

I am enclosing a statement regarding Ms [redacted] complaint. This statement is written by George S[redacted] who is the technician that was involved in the servicing of Ms [redacted] RV as well as dealing with Ms [redacted]. Also, attached are copies of a work order that backs up Mr. S[redacted]'s testimony. Ms [redacted] complaint is unwarranted, contains no hint of truth, and her behavior in our service office was out of line. We feel this matter is closed.
