This customer uses “I am old” to try to manipulate the situation and with other unhappy business experiences she has hadWhen I arrived at her home the first thing we talked about was how she was unhappy with a haircut she received and was going to contact the Revdex.com and *** about that service she
receivedShe stated “I want the manager of the salon to come to my house and explain to me why I got a bad haircut”, this is an unrealistic expectation and I told her as muchShe continued to say, “I am old and they are taking advantage of me.”The photographs are of professional resolution and high qualityI spent over an hour at her home moving things around that she did not want in the imagesShe stated several times she has sold tons of homes, so I believe she should have known what she wanted in the images and should have had things put away before I arrived to take the photosI also moved around items to help her, but she was living in the home at the time, so not everything can be moved aroundWe were not hired to stage the home, just to take the photos. After completing the photos I got an email within hours asking, “Where are my photos? You did take them, right? I am old and do not want to be taken advantage of.” I reassured her I had taken the photos; she even saw a few when I was photographing the home and she stated, “Those are nice”I told her the turn around time on her images would be 24/hours when I left her home and during our first phone conversation.After the first email from this customer, I went ahead and edited the photos that day and sent the edited images to her within hours of leaving her homeI received an email the following morning asking for the photos in PDFI informed her that jpeg format is the most common format and any website would take themShe continued to email me, more than times not understanding how things workedI talked to her and advised that she should hire a relator to help her sell her homeShe once again stated, “I am old and they will take a part of my money!” I spent even more time with her on the phone and converted each photo into a PDF.The photographs of her home were taken on May 9th, She contacted my business partner on June 28th, 2017, well over a month of having the photographsFor all we know this customer could have used the photos, sold her home, and is now just wanting to get her money backIf there is an issue with our photographs and a complaint was made within a reasonable time frame, I would have been happy to refund some of her money. During my conversation with my business partner she said that this customer was threatening to go to the Revdex.com if we did not give her money backMy business partner informed me she asked the lady to stop threatening her and go to the Revdex.com if that is what she felt she needed to doShe let the customer know I would be in contact with her because I was the person who handled the booking and photographingI contacted her right away on my personal number, due to being sick and not in the office When I was on the phone with her she asked for half of her money back to pay the new people to take more photographsHowever, she would not tell us the names of the realtors who said they are “bad photos”, or the company she was “rehiring” to take the photosWhen she first contacted us she stated, “I want the hell out of Arizona, so I will be getting these photos up right away”I was under the impression that she had posted them long ago.As the phone call continued this customer stated, “if you do not give me half my money back I will go to the Revdex.com and ***.” I kindly told her to stop threatening me with Revdex.com and ***If she felt the need, please do so, but due to the time lapse, lack of information she would provide, and myself going above and beyond she would not be getting any of her money backI am not sure if she used the photos or not, this was almost two months ago that we took them and this is her first complaint about the photos

I shall be making a credit card dispute for the full $150.  I cannot use the photos taken by this business.  I further cannot read all the immaterial insults and allegations written by the business.  The response is much too long, plus contains insults and allegations that are immaterial.  The photos taken are overexposed, too bright, too white, no good.  Realtors have told me this, I was too ignorant to have realized on my own, and so I cannot use what this business took.  The partner had said that they like for a customer to be satisfied.  Apparently that was a total lie as I am not only dissatisfied but I cannot use what was taken:  the photos taken are no good.  My bank and Visa shall need to sort it out since I'll be making a dispute for the full amount.  This business' attitude is nasty and unprofessional  -as are their photos.  She overcharged me and I cannot use the photos and yes, I am old  -that is a fact-, and cannot afford to be out $150.  She should not have taken photos of a home when the business is NOT qualified to do that type of work.  I don't "threaten", there is no need to "threaten".  I said I'd be going to the Revdex.com if necessary and then I did.  I now am stating I shall need make a credit card dispute and so I shall.  Calling statements of fact/intent "threats" is absurd.  Should I let this business rip me off of $150?  I had to go elsewhere for professional photos.  This is a grossly UNprofessional business.
