This letter is in response to the notice we received regarding the above referenced ID#. We strongly disagree with the statement as laid out in your complaint. We have performed services at the home of the complainant according to all industry accepted methods and materials for the
problem she has. We have never expressed or implied one time to the complainant any warranties or guaranties regarding her service. In all flea control situations we expressly disclaim any warranty or guarantee as we are unable to control any possible sources of infestation or any remedial efforts the homeowner may or may not have done to possible host animals. We can only react to any continuing problem. We have provided this homeowner with information regarding her responsibilities to remediate fleas on any animal in the home and remove the opportunities for unknown hosts on the property. Our fees are more than fair considering the volume of work the complainant has requested at each service. The complainant also has a past due balance with our company and we regard this as an attempt to evade the past due balance
