We have salesman's worksheet, a signed invoice with the pricing and and credit card slip with the customers signatures. I have left messages on [redacted] phone to resolve this matter with no call back. We at DHY Motorsports are a very professional business and always put the customers first. If...

[redacted] would have called me back he would be informed we are giving him a brand new snowblower even though his is absolutely perfect. We are not doing anything at all about the pricing on either unit the customer was well informed of these prices and signed the appropriate paperwork while in my finance managers office. [redacted] worked with one of our salesmanagers for over a week and then sat in the finance office and was thoroughly explained the transaction. At this point it is up to [redacted] to contact us to do the proper paperwork for the exchange of his snowblower, even though he used and possibly hit something with it. I feel we are being more than fair and hope for a positive outcome to this complaint. We haven't had a Revdex.com complaint in over 20 years and I believe this is due to the fact we have excellent customer service.

Review: On or about 2/21/15 I had my '06 Yamaha R1 picked up from my residence by Deptford Honda (driver name: Brandon) to have the 12k maintenance service performed in which I informed the service manager Mike to take their time with the bike due to the inclement weather we was having. Well on or about 2/25/15 I received a call from Deptford Honda (Mike) informing me about my air filter was dirty-that he would keep it handy to show me when I come in and my tires would need changing as well, that he can get a good price on them, I decline to have my tires changed by them again telling him all I want is the service nothing more. So on or about 2/27/15 I get a couple of calls about my bike work is complete, need to basically come pay for the service, that was a phone message stating that, the other called I got was from Mike telling me the bike is ready, I told him that I would be down to the shop once I get off work. So I went to the shop on or 2/27/15, spoke with a Craig, told him that I was going to get my taxes done, needed to know the exacted amount, I will try to be back before they close. He gave me the amount of $467.17, I asked him that's with my military discount, he said yes, I clearly asked was everything running good on the bike, his response was yes. So I ended coming back on or about 3/2/15 to pay for the service, I spoke with Mike, informed him that I came by that Friday previously, asked him again as he was running my credit card was everything good on my bike spark plugs new filter, starting good. His response was yes, I asked for him to show me the old air filter, he did. So I told him I would like the bike to be deliver back to my house on or about 3/7/15, he said ok we will call you so on or about 3/7/15 so around noon I called, spoke with Mike asking what would be the timeframe because I had some errands to take care. So needless to say the bike didn't get return that day, On or about 3/10/15 Craig called telling me that my bike wont start asking if IDesired Settlement: As I told the dealership my bike was running and starting without any issues before they did any service to it. so telling me that the bike won't start after I clearly asked numerous times was everything good, I thought was strange that when it was time to return my bike all of the sudden it won't start stating it may be the starter, that they only seen this issue on one other R1. So basically my DESIRED OUTCOME I want my returned to me as given to them without any starting issues, without me coming out my pocket on any additional cost.
