Last March 2020 Mr Kenneth G. said for me to send my rare German WWI Officer Candidate helmet to him for consignment. After only a few days he mailed it back minus the spike for the mounting on top. He claimed he did not have it but I know that it was sent as an entire package for consignment. He had several others for sale and decided to STEAL my helmet Spike to aid his other sales. Since then I have been Very Formally and Politely asking him to return it which he HAS NOT. Please Help me to Restore a Valuable Historic Antique. Thanks, V/R *** Major Historian USAFR ret

In January of 2020 Mr. requested to use our consignment services. Mr. sent us his consignment item (pictures attached). Upon arrival of the item we photographed the item ( there was NO spike included in the package) and sent him the photos and information regarding the condition of the item as it was damaged, the trichter bush was detached from the trichter. We repaired the item for him at no cost. The item was then posted on our site for sale via consignment. We then received a call from a customer alerting us to the "scam" we may be involved in. This customer reported to us that Mr. had recently sold this item to him on ebay, took his money and never sent him the item and that there was a pending ebay investigation regarding this. We then informed Mr. that we could not represent his item and that we were shipping it back to him immediately. We returned all items that were sent to us from Mr.. As we stated before there was not a spike in the package Mr. sent us.
Since the time we returned the item to Mr. he has continually harassed us via email, telephone, writing bad reviews, and threats of sending someone to collect to our home. We can not assist Mr. as we never had his spike.
We have been in business since 1986 we have never encountered such a horrific, deviant and harassing customer as Mr..
