Review: Invoice is lacking and incorrect. I had a broken 2012 [redacted] Impreza drivers seat (airbag intact). I agreed to a used seat with airbag. The seat is definitely another year , so I don't know about safety or recalls of seat or airbag. The invoice shows only items sold as: Seat cushion cover. My biggest problem is identifying my purchased seat and airbag. I would like to trace my parts to where they were bought, somewhere in [redacted].Desired Settlement: Auto body Invoice that shows the purchase and installation of drivers car seat with airbag . I would like identification numbers and year and model of my purchased drivers seat and airbag from where the seat was purchased.

Hello....We contacted [redacted] prior to ordering the said seat. We made him aware of the fact that it was a "used" seat. The paperwork from the company where we ordered it from specifically states that it is a seat for a year 2012 through 2014. The invoice stated that it was a "seat cover" because that's how it came up in our computer [redacted] System. We invoice from the estimate generated from them. If the customer did not like the wording, it could have been changed had he mentioned that he had an issue with it. The customer also inspected the seat prior to us installing it and agreed to have us install it. He asked if we can remove any stains that may be present and we said that we would shampoo it prior to him picking up his vehicle. He stated on the complaint to you that he would like to know where the seat came from, etc. Any information that he may have wanted he could have received had he expressed this to us when he picked up his vehicle and signed off on the work, thanking us for doing the job.
