When the limo did not show up initially I called Mr***, and he instructed me to call the dispatcher to check on the limo's arrival The dispatcher told me he had no reservation for a limo in my name for that day I called Mr*** back and he told me then that his secretary answers all his emails, and makes the schedule He later called me and asked that I let him make this mistake up to me It was at that time that I told him if he wanted to make it up, he could pick us up at my house at 3:pm on 4/10/15, and take us down to where the wedding was being held for no charge at all, and return my full $deposit, which he agreed to at that timeHe did pick us up and take us downtown, and I gave him a $tip thinking that would at least compensate him some for not charging me at all On Monday, 4/13/15, I emailed Mr*** to remind him of what he had said about giving me a full refund and provided my home address so he could mail the check He responded that he had never told me that, and he would not give me a full refund but offered to give me $as he did in his response to the Revdex.com.
I have read several reviews written about Derby City Limo and numerous ones have relayed similar experiences as we had with the limo not showing up and leaving people stranded I cannot believe the Revdex.com cannot do something about a company that continues to do this type of thing and then refuses to refund the deposit This is not good business, but if the Revdex.com cannot do anything further the filing a complaint is not helpful, and this is the reason businesses can continue to take people's money and not have to suffer any consequences I am not satisfied with the resolution, and if the Revdex.com cannot do anything further then I will not be filing any further complaints with them
I will try to ensure that Derby City Limo does not get any business since they are not trustworthy and do not honor their contracts or promises

Once again, I told this client who was responsible for handling this and gave them the contact information. They're barking up the wrong tree!They need to read the Terms and Conditions that they signed!
The vehicle that was involved in an accident on New Years Eve was not ready in time for this weddingThe booking was subcontracted to another company. This company was in fact late on the first pickup due to unforeseen circumstancesThe bride must not have been to late for her
appointment as she had the driver stop at Subway so they could get something to eat before continuing onThe additional two pickups and drop offs were on time. vehicles were used for this event. One was a Hummer stretch and the other a Chrysler stretch limo. Both vehicles were newer than the vehicle contracted for originally and higher in valueThe client was not charged for the additional pcikup and drop off at Subway which should have been another $88. We did this as a courtesy do to being late.
We apologized to the client for being late, but fulfilled the contract and gave an additional service without charge.
The complaint is acknowledged for being late, but no refund it warranted %
I offered to hive her a full refund, which we usually don't do that (according to our terms and conditions we give credit for future use within 12 months). She said that
I could make it up to her by doing the 2nd part of the run (take the bridal party to the wedding, which I did) ...
I offered to take the bride and groom from the reception to the hotel, but they said they wanted to walk.
I did half the run and offered her 1/2 the fee back ($100). At which point she threatened me with legal action, and I figured that I would just let the court handle it.
I am willing to give her 1/2 back ($100), but I expect a signed statement that she will not slander the company or seek any legal action.
